Communication with Sam and Saul was excellent. The house was modern and elegant and we were very comfortable there.
The area was quiet and the location was great for exploring the coast.

The attention to detail is apparent in the decor of this house. Everything we needed was available and and queries/problems were addressed straight away without hesitation by the owners.

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had some activities booked nearby, and this house was a short drive away. It was spotless clean, and we had everything we needed right there to make use of the kitchen. Nice quiet estate with seating at the back of the house and a really good Eurospar shop and wine shop nearby. The host Sam was in contact to make sure we had everything we needed and had left fresh milk and basic kitchen supplies for our arrival.

Very modern with good wi-fi and comfortable furniture, bedding etc. and some helpful provisions Convenient location for town of Carrickfergus and train stop (Downshire) on Belfast / Larne route. Never saw, just heard occasionally (in fine weather) the neighbours so no issues there. Hosts made themselves available for any help though not called upon much as webpage guide provided.
Hosts couldn't have done too much more. They've made the best of the space. Just to mention that there is one toilet which is in the "bathroom" (it's a shower). It's a Smart TV so Internet rather than channel based.

Everything was great, what a great place to stay and we could not have wished for more. Some nice to walk into consumables such as milk, tea , coffee and much more there waiting for us.

Very comfortable and well appointed house. Location perfect with easy walk into town and /or rail links to Belfast. Breakfast not technically provided, but hosts left enough provisions without having to shop, which was a bonus as we were only there for 2 nights. Hosts very helpful and easy to contact with queries both before and during stay. Great to have outdoor space in the form of a courtyard at back of property. Good private off road parking space.

We loved every minute of our stay. Sam and Saul went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and more. The place was spotless, and we felt very welcomed and comfortable.

Hosts very helpful especially with my request regarding the post box and forwarding late postal delivery
The lock on the bathroom door was difficult to operate at times.
Bathroom maybe should have an electric shaver/toothbrush charger point to live up to the luxury label.
Though I didn't ask I would have liked information about collection of recycling to be included in the guest info

The photos don’t do this home justice. Beautifully fresh, bright and sparkling clean accommodation decorated and furnished with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We loved everything about it from the soft throws and extremely comfortable beds to the luxury coffee maker. We even found some games and drawing materials for the family to enjoy and greatly appreciated the extremely well-equipped kitchen and food items kindly left for us on arrival. We felt so warmly welcomed. Sam and Saul were the perfect hosts. We recommend 46 Chilton Road without hesitation.

We were attending a course in Belfast, but wanted to be outside of the City. The house of Sam & Saul proved to be wonderful. Lovingly restored over several months last year I a quiet residential area.
Everything is new and well organised. We loved the decor. Comfortable beds etc.
Sam gave us some tips for dinner. We went to the Italian restaurant Castello Italia. Great food, very friendly staff and atmosphere. Also the Indian restaurant Mayur we went to Saturday evening was super.
All in all, a great stay in Carrickfergus.

Great touches from the hosts. Fruit loaf and stocked fridge and larder together with espresso coffee maker and well equipped kitchen made for an easy and comfortable stay. Sam and Saul kept in touch and offered a visit to help settle in. Beautifully decorated and appointed house situated in residential area of town within easy reach of Antrim coast and the bright lights of Belfast
Absolutely no complaints. As described. Would totally recommend
