The property was very clean, comfortably furnished, had a well equipped kitchen and a lovely backyard.

There were a few simple amenities that could be provided/improved to elevate the value rating to excellent: a dish strainer or mat for that quick clean of one coffee cup (eg), potholders (pot handles got very hot and there was only one dish towel), better quality paper towels/toilet paper (those provided were thin/cheap), and coffee filters (we bought a pack of 100 once we ascertained the appropriate size, and only needed half a dozen). Beach chairs and towels would also have been appreciated.
