Hotel Aaliyah Nan Luo Gu Xiang Wang Fu Jing Houhai Branch

Great location, right on a pedestrian street. The hotel itself was clean and well put together. Friendly and helpful staffs that was present 24/7.

Nothing in particular.

Bed was comfortable. Free laundry and they do it for you.

Cannot throw toliet papers into the bowl as it will get choked. Must throw into the bin. Room was small and barely enough room to lay my bags out. Not enough hooks or shelves for clothes too. I had corner room on level 1 so the network wasn't great. Cld not connect to their wifi too.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and very well taken care of. The service was truly tailor-made, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The customer service is genuinely outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made us feel really valued as guests. The room itself was very comfortable, with fantastic beds and a well-equipped bathroom. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail, including spare toothbrushes and everything else you could possibly need during your stay. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would definitely recommend it. A wonderful experience with exceptional hospitality!

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful,, and the check-in and check-out experience was smooth. Before our arrival, the staff provided very helpful information e.g. directions how to get to the hotel and how to find it.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the first night, we could hear the water pipes from the next room whenever someone used the basin or took a shower, and also when someone was speaking in the corridor. the next morning, we heard baby crying... The soundproofing in the hotel was poor. Second night, mostly likely the guests in the next room were gone; no noise from the room next door and we could sleep much better. Bed was comfortable.
