Habitaciones amplias, modernas y cómodas por encima del piso 30, con vistas a todo Chengdu. Desayuno muy variado con vistas y buena atención del personal. Está al final de Chunxi Road, de modo que está muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna en Chengdu. Incluso se ve el famoso panda del edificio de IFS de Chunxi Road desde el restaurante. Hay hora del té gratis, con muchos snacks. Perfecta relación calidad-precio.

Desayuno muy variado pero quizás estarían bien más opciones occidentales.

Wish the staff speaks some English. There was a hiccup that they inforned breakfast was for 1 pax altho i booked for 2 pax in a room. Booking.com assisted to sort it out. Altho varieties were not lacking at breakfast, it could have tasted better.

El gimnasio no está equipado para nada, muy pocos equipos y solo unas pocas mancuernas, el desayuno muy mejorable, repetitivo y las frutas escasas y siempre las mismas, tampoco habían jugos naturales, solo jugos artificiales

We booked this hotel specifically because the room photos on Booking showed a balcony with a small table and sofa. On arrival, the balcony turned out to be a narrow ledge with barely enough space for two people to stand — no table, no seating. When I raised this at reception and explained that the listing photos were the reason we chose this room type, the staff member simply repeated in an impatient tone that this was "not possible" and that we had booked a small-balcony room. No alternative was offered and nothing was resolved. The attitude at reception was a recurring problem rather than a one-off. Check-in on our first day felt rushed and indifferent. Later we asked whether they could help arrange a car to the airport, since our overseas phone numbers can't be used to book Didi. The receptionist carried on with what she was doing, said "we have an airport transfer service," and then went silent — I waited some time before realising she had no intention of continuing. Only after I asked directly how to book it and what it cost did she reluctantly look it up on her phone: RMB 300. A local friend later booked us a Didi Premium for RMB 160. To be fair, the hotel itself is good, the rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the facilities are genuinely nice. But the front desk service pulls the whole experience down. If the balcony matters to you, confirm the exact room type before booking, because the photos are not representative
