The GOOD: Customer service was good overall
The BAD: The TV did not turn on! The water in bathroom was very slow.
The UGLY: the ANTS in the bathroom! I noticed them about 2am at which point i was way too tired to complain and go thru switching rooms. I kept everything including shoes above the floor. I didn't feel comfortable enough to even shower!
The AFTER: upon checking it, i expressed my complaints at the desk. It was received with empathy and she was apologetic. I was asked for my phone number and i gave my hilton rewards and was told someone would be in touch. I was told my receipt would be emailed. It was not. I called back and spoke with a gentleman who stated my email wasn't on file. I explained that it was asked of me when i checked out. So i gave it again. I also asked if my complaint had been noted. He wasn't sure but he asked what they were. He asked if i have proof like photos specifically re the ants. That the process was to send proof to corporate and i would be contacted. I told him none of that was said to me. If it were i would have gone back to the room to do so. I was tired and frustrated. After hanging up. A few minutes later i checked my email for the receipt. It was not there so i called again. This time i asked if he would repeat what i told him. He had it wrong. He tried to tell me that's what i told him. No, i know my own email. I didn't like the tone. I received my receipt. Not going back to stay again...ANTS

The room was nice and big! It was a little noisy in the hallway in the morning but it was nice overall.

We arrived the room wasn't ready took about 15 minutes to get it checked out. Expedia messed up our original reservation. The room itself was very nice. Asked for late checkout... (Their checkout is 11am unheard of) clerk curtly told me there are NO late checkouts... Last time I'll book this place

Great stay! Room was clean and you can tell the hotel is newly renovated. Staff was very nice also

The hotel room wasn't cleaned throughly. There was stains on the sink counter and a large pee stained on the side, underneath the toliet bowl. Another issue was running out of breakfast food and utensils. Not one employee was monitoring. We the customers had to wait until someone comeout and ask for additional food/utensils. Will not be recommending.

Check in times are very late and strict. Working out of town and needed to check in and drop luggage they made me wait for hours then gave me a room that wasn’t cleaned, no apology just wait some more. Staff not very friendly

We stayed 3 nights and had to ask for clean towels. No warning that room service was only supplied upon request. I thought that was included in the room price?

The staff could've been a little more friendly. Our key did not work and it was a hassle to get a key that worked.

The bed wasn’t comfy and the pillows were very small on a king bed. Sheets and blankets were not comfy and thin. Breakfast service was kinda unprofessional not allowing breakfast 2-3 minutes after 9am. Breakfast was still set out at that time.

Was very pleased with this hotel. I believe a lot of hotels are starting to go down hill. This one the exact opposite. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was very clean and in great shape. There was not the usual weed smell at all which was amazing. The rooms have plenty of space and storage along with a nice fridge. The shower was awesome.
Cons…. You can hear other doors opening and closing through out the night and the bathroom had a barn sliding door with was not only loud but also let the light out around it. Only real cons I can think of. Again staff was amazing. Food and drinks offered was top notch. I would stay here again for sure. I don’t say that often.

The hotel was great. The problems were other guests. We had to call the desk 3 times and ask them to put a stop on the very loud, vulgar group of people on the outside patio. It went on until after midnight. The next night was a smaller version of the same. I believe the employees tried to stop it. But the group sitting on the patio just didn’t stop. Unfortunate experience.

The property was comfortable and nice. We had a serious ant problem in our room, however. There was food left in the trash and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, all attracting alot of ants. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Love the bath products! Breakfast was adequate. There is on site parking and breakfast. Neither of these things are noted on the Hotels description. Parking is free, btw. We found a local place for dinner that was delicious and fair priced. Fairly easy getting around Hammond.

The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Overbooked rooms, charged my card twice $500 didn't know how to change it said they would reach out to GM and I could do the same. Thankfully it was fixed. Check-in took a while. Staff was friendly but may need more training.

It was an awesome stay. The hotel and staff were exceptional. I had only one concern, the water in the shower did not get warm enough. But other then that, everything was wonderful.

Great hotel just hated that I had a double charge hold on my card upon checking in when I only approved $100. Staff wasn’t much help at all. I was extremely dissatisfied with that experience.

We arrive at the hotel after a long drive and were super tired. The front desk team were very nice and managed to expedite the cleaning of our room so we can check in two hours earlier.

Location over booked, traveled there to find that they were sold out. I had to then search to find lodging elsewhere. All after driving 349 miles after working a eight hour shift. Happy is far from how I felt at the counter being denied

It’s a very nice hotel but unfortunately we had shower issues. The shower wouldn’t turn on at first. It eventually did but the water was cold and then it kept turning off. We reported it to the front desk upon check out and they said they would have a manager call us regarding compensation. We have not received a call or any adjustments.
