We had a wonderful 3 generation holiday here. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and hot tub were very well used. All loved the pool floats and it very comfy lounging round the pool. Eating area had a perfect breeze. Football goal on the grass area was enjoyed.The holiday was superb.Very short walk to the beach which had plenty of space. A very nice restaurant about 7 mins away long boardwalk towards Marbella. Bolt worked well for trips.One very minor thing, bring ping pong balls if you'd like to play table tennis. We couldn't buy any.We all loved the villa and didn't want to leave.

I really don’t think the photos used do this place justice, it’s absolutely stunning. Location great also. About a 40 min walk into Marbella.

In overall our party was very satisfied with our stay:- overall the building suited us very well - bigger ones got their own rooms and for children there was separate room with 5 beds- inside house was plenty of room starting with big living room, kitchen and bedrooms.- extra heated pool and jacuzzi were pearls of our stay and we spent most of our time- location was good enough if you are with car. Aldi was 4min with car and La Canadia 10-15minutes. If you like to walk and nice wooden promenade then appr 5km and you are in the city.Even we gave max rating I think there is room to be even better. Just some small things to improve:- trampoline and jacuzzy covers haven't seen cleaning for a while. Covers were covered with hard dust- there is chair beside jacuzzy to climb inside pool but it's totally roasted that I can't understand why it's not thrown away and replaced- some visitors mentioned that there were inflatable toys/mattresses by the pool. Yes, there were but majority of them were broken and therefore useless. I'd suggest to clean these rooms/cabinets from useless equipment. Otherwise it's more like garbage dump- be aware of tiny ants. They are everywere. Don't leave anything eatable outside of packaging. Even in the kitchen.- I'd suggest to change pool furniture covers. They are quite warn out already- master bedroom (1st floor) shower drainage needs to be cleaned. If I took shower after kids wated didn't go away anymore.- grill area can be cleaned better

The check in and out process was easy. We liked the quiet location and loved the beautifully kept, immaculate gardens which were worthy of an RHS award. Top marks to the gardeners! The villa although spacious and bright did have a few flaws …Upon arrival I removed a children’s plastic play table and bench set from the patio to the gym as both benches were broken with sharp edges. A broken and rusted footy net was upturned on the rear patio; the metal posts of the net were extremely jagged and corroded. Having youngsters staying, I notified John who removed it the next day. The A/C in the top floor bedroom didn’t work so sleeping wasn’t great - John provided a portable A/C and fan. The plumbing to the two older style bathrooms on the first floor was a bit hit and miss with lukewarm water in one shower and the other shower giving you a bonus foot bath due to the shower tray not draining properly! Jacuzzi bath didn’t work. Bed linen - daughter’s duvet and pillow case had holes in them and the bedlinen in general could have done with renewing.Ants! They got everywhere. You expect a few in the kitchen (food was wrapped & stored in cupboards/fridge), but it was a daily battle to get rid of them from worktops.Top floor bedroom - you don’t expect ants in your pants, but boy we had them! They were in the wardrobe and bathrooms too. Four cans of ant spray later and we gave up!The managing agents should up their game and sort things out as they’re letting the side down.
