The apartment is in an excellent location, surrounded by great restaurants and just a short walk from the tram, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The area is vibrant, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the action.
The neighborhood can be quite busy and crowded, especially during peak hours. There is also noticeable activity early in the morning, which may not be ideal for light sleepers or guests looking for a quieter and more relaxing environment.

Perfect location. So many great restaurants nearby, and very walkable to everything. We fell in love with this location of Nice and will definitely stay in this apartment again! It was clean and suited our needs for two people. Easy to access with a nice self check-in and check-out process. The host was very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our trip!
AC unit wasn’t working. Didn’t get a lot of cross breeze from the windows but we used the fan at night and that was nice!

The apartment was super comfortable, awesome location, well equipped, the garage is saving so much troubles (no chance to park anywhere), the check in very easy. Only positive words about the place, fully recommend

Un appartement cosy et très bien situé près du port et du vieux Nice en passant par la place Garibaldi. La place de parking est un gros plus à Nice.
