Location was perfect, walking distance to both town and beach. Really like how access to house and grounds required security code as opposed to keys which made it easy for teenagers and family to come and go as needed. House and grounds were beautiful and very comfortable (loved the big windows and indoor window bench seat overlooking the pool). Having the option of using resort pool/spa was also very handy when kids returned cold from the beach. Plenty of space for everyone, and the extra towels, toilet paper, and fully stocked kitchen and BBQ and outdoor fridges did not go unnoticed and were really appreciated. We also had a friendly Kookaburra come and visit us multiple times which was a thrill for the kids. Communication with house management was very prompt and helpful. It was a very relaxing holiday.

Upstairs bedrooms facing east only had sheer curtains, so we copped the early morning sun. Not being an early riser, I would have appreciated having block out curtains as an option. The layout of the upstairs surprised us, as the main bathroom with the shower and tub did not have a door (the toilet was separate and did have a lockable door). This posed a challenge for some of our more self-conscious teenagers and kids in our group who wanted to use the shower. And using the tub was completely out of the question. The bathroom layout does provide some privacy with the shower being behind a wall, but some of our crew felt uncomfortable and opted to use other showers in the house that provided more privacy. So, despite the awkward bathroom layout, the house had other showering options which was good, but for me meant I was unexpectedly locked out of my master bedroom and ensuite multiple times:). There were also no towel racks in the main upstairs bathroom, so we also had to battle with where to hang towels upstairs to dry.

The location was perfect and the house was spacious. There was everything provided to make our stay comfortable. The ability to walk to the beach always makes for a great holiday and having the pool is a bonus. We would return again.

The outdoor furniture, although comfortable enough, is a bit faded and needs some maintenance or an update.
