This place was one of the worst places I've ever stayed!
There were holes in the ceilings, cigarette burns on the bed sheet (only 1 single sheet on top of mattress), mold on the base boards, toilets that didn’t flush, showers that didn’t drain, and a really old air filter that made the room smell like mold anytime we turned the AC on

The property was extremely dirty. People were smoking in their rooms and the smell travelled into our room all night. Floors in the hallway looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. As someone who suffers from asthma the smoke smell was very difficult to breath.

Couldn’t find check in, the lobby isn’t plainly marked. Overall weird smell to the hotel and rooms. Room was drafty, and the reason why was because there was a big old crack in the window. Noisy too. Only thing to recommend is the price.

The room was not cleaned very well. Towels were dingy. Windows and mirrors not that well maintained.

Upgrades were obviously taking place, however, the light switch was not working the light upon entry, the wall around the new light fixture had not been painted and the bathroom ceiling had not been painted. I found globs of paint on the vanity and a few on the carpet. I do not think you should rent a room until it is fully upgraded.

The hotel is located in a motel looking property. You are directed to the actual hotel my the staff but at first glance it seems like you’ll be staying in a motel which is pretty scary. I was given a smoking room initially even though I had bought a non smoking room. The smoking room was gross and grungy with water damage on the wall. I asked staff to change my room and they were very nice about changing my room which I appreciate but after traveling all day having to ask for a room I had already bought was the last thing I wanted to do. The non smoking room was ALOT better than the smoking room but it still felt like cleanliness was not much of a priority here. The bathtub was clogged so water would not drain. I found a hair on the bed and the microwave and fridge were not very clean. All in all I wouldn’t stay here again. Not sure about the surrounding hotels as I have never stayed here before but I would definitely not rate this above a 2 star. Its ratings received me.

Came down for breakfast at 820am and food was gone. Had to get eat somewhere else. No towels in our room when check in. Someone from the desk LET THEMSELVES IN OUR ROOM while we were there. I was in the bathroom and my husband standing in his underwear in the room! Awful

We stayed Oct 10-12, 2023 (Phish show at Nutter Centre).
We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the noise level was minimal.
The front desk staff Lucy was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff was also kind and accommodating. The only issue, the area had mostly fast food options. There are a few nice parks in the area (Bark park is a nice dog park with a walking trail). Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, the lobby reeked with the smell of marijuana. It was horrible. I was glad to be able to get to my room and away from the front desk. Given the choice, I would not stay there again. The place is outdated and looked like it used to be a Motel 6.

Arrived late night and systems were down so had to wait for front desk attendant to physically go check if a room was open and available. Towels were stained and bed sheets had holes.

Appears to be a refurbished motel. Door entries on floors 1&2 are outside entry. 3rd floor is interior entry from an elevator. Office at premises was hard to find; drove around bldg. 2X;finally asked someone. The only luggage rack-- filthy. Elevator interior to 3rd floor filthy. Staff cleaning room on 3rd floor (door was open), filthy. In our room, there was a huge water stain on ceiling; smaller stains on wall/ceiling abutment. Possibility of mold due to water damage. NO MATTRESS PAD under thin fitted sheet;felt gross lying on top of mattress (which had some stains). We expected a better motel from it's name and pics on website. We were very disappointed. We couldn't leave and get our $ back so we stayed overnight but hated it. Bed dressings, furnishings & carpets were fine; Looked good at face value. The bed issue bothered us more than anything.

Calling this property a hotel is very generous. The “hotel” is the third floor which is above a motel. No house keeping service, terrible customer service at check in, poor food selection for breakfast

We took a gamble on this place as some of the reviews were good. But I definitely will not stay here again. The hotel was dirty. The bathroom shower curtain was stained, and tile was cracked/old looking. They didn't have tissues replaced, and I had to go to the desk for toilet paper. They also didn't leave enough towels. Our view was of the outside pool that had garbage in it and around it.

As soon as we entered the room there was a foul odor almost like someone was cooking meth and then took a big dump in the toilet just before we got there. The hand towel had makeup on it and smelled like perfume, the floor wasnt vacummed and the sink and tub had hair in it. Then the noises from other guests and the very loud ac unit. We slept with our clothes on out of fear the rest of the linenes werent clean. We only stayed because we had just traveled 800 miles and were to tired to go any further.

The property. They were bags of trash all over the place, along with just pieces of garbage laying around. I had a dirty pair of socks in the corner of my room, and had to ask them to be removed. The carpets were so gross and dirty I was so disappointed, and, the picture shown on the website was absolutely nothing like what the hotel look like. Each time I came into the lobby, the owner was sitting on a chair sideways with his legs up over the arm on his phone. The pool area was disgusting, and again had garbage all over the place.

This place is a sh!t hole. I will never stay there again and I probably wouldn’t stay at a Baymont or Wyndham hotel again. Not clean. Mold and mildew on the shower curtain. Nasty carpet. No tissue and very little toilet paper. The breakfast was a joke. They didn’t even have artificial sweetener for the coffee

The web site said this hotel had a shuttle to the airport. That was the specific reason I booked this hotel. When I got there they did not have a shuttle. There were several hotels near by with comparable rates that did have a shuttle. I did not have a car and had to get an Uber to the airport.

The staff were ok but the room was filthy. Pillows were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Turned in towels because they were worn and received dirty towels in return. All towels and rags were stained. AC went out on the entire floor and started smelling mildew. Horrible stay. Will not be returning

It was difficult to figure out where to check in. You need to go outside to take a elevator upstairs. Carpet is very dark and very dirty. I walked around in socks to keep from getting my feet dirty.

Our stay was TERRIBLE. The first room we were put in had fleas bad so we requested a second room. The second room had buggers on the wall, hair all over the bathroom, the fridge wasnt working, and there was a screw on floor. Clearly not cleaned. We checked out early and requested a refund for the second night. Expedia informed me the hotel denied my refund stating i did not check out early (blatant lie) so after going back in person and being called a liar about the fleas and fridge, and arguing with the manager for 45 minutes i finally received a refund. Dont book here unless you dont mind fleas and buggers on the wall.

The property itself is going through a renovation and will seem offered when checking in as their front desk handles both Baymont Inn and Wingate Inn. The Wingate Inn rooms are on the third floor in the room I was in was quite nice.

This property in shambles the owners seem as they have been working on this property for years. Was expecting free hot breakfast! Nope gave a bag with banana water muffins! Carpet in room so dirty had to wear shoes to bed. Microwave was not functional.

For what it was, it was fine. They are remodeling the property, which is understandable, however the people who are doing the remodel left tools and trash all over the walkway into the lobby, so we had to walk over and around it. The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean. The sink had a large crack in it, the tub did not have anti-slip stickers in it, so it was kinda slick. There was food left in the fridge from the previous person, which leads me to wonder what else wasn't cleaned. We only stayed one night, so for what we needed, it was fine. Probably won't stay again.

Great location and service, spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although they are undergoing a renovation, the finished areas are very nice and it was easy overlook the unfinished areas. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and expressways. I would definitely stay here again.

This property has great potential. The staff were all super friendly. It is under construction so it’s kind of messy in the lobby area which is understandable. When we got to our room there was glitter in the sink and some sort of clear glue with glitter on the night stand. One of the beds had a dirty comforter. Again I think once the renovation is over this hotel will be very good. We were only there for a night and literally just to sleep. But for the price I paid I did expect a little more.
