Dos Mares Barefoot Luxury

Great location, nicely designed. Nice light simple breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, granola and toast. Need to order and pay for additional dishes for something more substantial. Not very able to meet dietary requirements but had lactose free milk. We arrived late and they waited for us. Friendly staff. El Cuyo is an incredible place and this was a good spot to have quiet beach and be close enough to walk to the square for food. Also enjoyed eating next door at can cocal. Loved laying in the hammock on the balcony. Room layout is nice but don’t turn shower on full as the water spreads.

Rooftop pool too hot to use in the middle of the day but amazing view and nice looking. We booked three rooms with balconies, ended up with a ground floor room. Cleaning was a bit of an issue - one bed was dirty and no staff around to rectify the issue so one of us couldn’t use their room that night. One toilet was unclean but the staff member cleaned it right away when asked and then no issues. No way to reach staff after they leave at night but we arrived late so they may usually deal with issues during check in time. Manager was away due to family bereavement so this may have been the reason for these issues.

Hola! Quiero compartir que la atencion del personal fue espectacular, siempre amables y sonrientes .. Amamos el hotel y wl cuyo por lo que nuestros dias fueron magníficos. Nuestra habitación estuvo increíble sin embargo nos prometieron un mensaje cuando estuviera lista y lo olvidaron por lo q pasadas las 3:30 tuvimos que regresar desde la playa para revisar por nuestra cuenta si ya estaba de ok. La habitación fue espectacular y espaciosa, son embargo nos sorprendió que no tuviera tv (ojo esto no afecto nuestra estancia) y que no hubiera amenidad de cafetera o minibar.. aunq sea con cargo extra y sin producto pero seria un buen gesto ya que el lugar se da para caminar desde muy temprano y un buen cafe sería super cute pq admeas en el pueblo no hay nada abierto a la hora del amanecer ... Los alimentos del desayuno riquísimos sin embargo en los dos dias fueron diferentes porciones , presentaciones y precios.. en el mismo servicio de dedayuno.. sugerimos malla sombra en el roof ya que es imposible desayunar con ese sol dándote al rostro.. Estuvo maravilloso, el resto atencion y amabilidad Pedimos el aseo de hab y se realizo

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt mit tollem Personal, gutem Essen und einer angenehmen, familiären Atmosphäre. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Leider gab es bei Sauberkeit und Service einige Punkte, die für uns nicht zum „Barefoot Luxury“-Anspruch gepasst haben. Auch das neue Zimmer hätte deutlich gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Der Spiegel war dreckig, die Dusche stark verkalkt und die Klimaanlage wurde leider nicht richtig kalt. Auch beim Frühstück war noch viel Luft nach oben. Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive gebucht. Das kontinentale Frühstück bestand aus etwas Joghurt, Obst, Brot und Kaffee. Erst auf Nachfrage haben wir erfahren, dass es noch eine zusätzliche Speisekarte gibt. Am ersten Tag bestellten wir zusätzlich French Toast und Pancakes, wobei die Pancakes leider sehr dunkel waren. Am zweiten Tag bestellten wir noch Obst, das jedoch nie bei uns ankam. Generell wirkte der Service leider wenig motiviert. Als ich aufstand, um noch einmal nach dem Obst zu fragen, standen sowohl die Mitarbeiterin als auch eine Dame aus der Küche mit ihren Handys da. Insgesamt hatten wir leider nicht das Gefühl, besonders aufmerksam betreut zu werden.
