Amber and Fonta are amazing human beings, and I am so grateful they were there.

The redhead overnight clerk has no soul. After driving for 3 hours, she lied saying that they didn't have any rooms available forcing me and my 8-year-old to sleep in the car in over 100° F heat, until I could speak with someone else. Turns out a room was available the whole time. There was only one thing that made me stand out as different, I don't know why else she would have lied about something like that. She blamed Booking.com, and booking.com blamed them. Either way, my son and I were the ones sleeping in a car. I am afraid to book anything else in fear that this could happen overseas, and I would be the only one SOL.

New and clean! We loved the bar on site. Location was great for family that loves pizza with the restaurant steps away. We had a big oversized room with a kitchen area that was really nice and unexpected. Great price for all the amenities.

Breakfast was good. Very accommodating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for me as my family lives nearby. Will stay there again as I make frequent trips to AZ.

Toilet paper was a bit to rough. I strongly believe in recycled paper..might want to try a bamboo or one that’s doesn’t feel like sandpaper.

Amenities and close location to Highway . Nice option for casual or sit down restaurants. Staff all very helpful.

It's a beautiful hotel. Very shiny and new. Luv the free streaming services.

I get that it is now industry standard for " 3 night housekeeping " rule. It's more about cost efficient than covid. However on our 3 day housekeeping was unacceptable. Only 1 of the double beds was made, and it was halfway done. Our trash was emptied, but the 2nd double bed was un touched. After our 1st night, we asked the front desk for towels, and when we returned at the end of the day. There were no towels. After the 2nd night, we again asked for towels, came back towels on the TV stand, and a half made room. After the 3rd night we told the front desk for housekeeping. Came back nothing. We thought it was odd that not 1 day out of 4 did we see any housekeeping carts on our floor. Not even on Sunday, which is a standard checkout day.. we get "new hotel" ,still need to work on staffing and routines. But the rates was not cheap for the service we got.

Breakfast was fine - short on a couple things on occasion but depending on when you came down. Gal working the days I was there was awesome - very friendly, competent, welcoming. Kept it all in order. Location was fine for my purposes - did what I needed to do when I was there. Pool was nice itself - but didn't love location being on parking lot but designed as good as possible. Bar was good and both staff were excellent - Antwon is very good at EVERY aspect of his job. Also had a housekeeper that went above and beyond on a request I had. Sorry I didn't get her name.
