Luxurious and relaxing stay with beautiful lodged and private pools

Excellent. Best eggs I have ever had!!

Everything was perfect

- Overall nice staff - Room is nicely decorated and bed was comfy - Room Pools are clean and refreshing - Food was good but not exceptional

- When you arrive, there seems to be some kind of concept on who takes care of what, but it somehow did not really work in our case. We were seated at the bar for a longer period of time even though we were tired from driving 6 hours and just really wanted to get into the room - Wifi never worked- gladly we had e-sims so it wasnt dramatic - but our e-sims had LTE connection - Sometimes a lot of staff chilling in the common areas on the phones - The design is nice but if you look more closely, you will notice that some sofas etc are quite worn down. Also construction work seems to be done not very precisely. If you look at the details, you see a lot of room for improvement - Be aware that Agafay is not a classic desert (more a rock desert) and it feels quite touristy
