Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo fit our needs for the 3 days we needed it. Our main focus on this trip was affordability and not necessarily top of the line quality. While the condo appeared nice on the surface, there were some issues that would have been bigger if we had paid more or stayed longer. The mattresses are in need of replacing. There is an odd assortment of dishes and pots and pans that would make it difficult if you are wanting to cook a good meal. The cabinets and walls were in need of some repair work. The worst thought was the sand. From the moment we walked in everything was covered in sand. I know it was the beach but it seemed like there was no effort to sweep at all between guests. In addition the couch and beds had a layer of sand when we arrived. It also looked like the lock on the door was recently replaced with a smaller lock than they originally had. This left 4 bolt holes in the door that were not properly sealed and were a potential hazard. The lock itself didn’t work well. It took multiple attempts to lock and unlock every time you came or left. The resort itself also seemed to be in need of updating. Apparently September break is the off season and everything at the resort was closed for the season. No snack shack or bar at the pool, businesses on the 1st floor were closed during the week, no light show in the lagoon. Would I stay here again? Probably wouldn’t be my first choice but if I needed something for only a couple of nights on a tight budget I may consider it.

Arrived at the condo around 6:00pm and as soon as we got there and entered the condo.......trash and debris all over the floor and balcony. Couch was filthy dirty. Dishes were still in the dish washer. They replaced the main door knob with another brand, which left see through holed in the door!! We had to wash all the sheets. Went to Wal-Mart to get pillows, blankets, a sheet to cover the couch, utensils and plates. It took two days to get someone to clean and after all that, still didn't clean good. We spent additional money that we should not have needed, to accommodate for the the condo. Very disappointed!!! This was our first time in Panama City and was expecting a great place to stay. Resort has a lot of amenities, but if they don't get their ducks in a row; this place will diminish!!

Reviewer Comments: Arrived to our room, Door lock had been changed and code would not work. 30 minutes later a maintenance guy had to retrieve a new code and let us in. Floor were filthy and pots and pans were damage and would not sit on stove eyes properly. Did not have sheets and blankets the first night, we had to get some brought up but was the next day. View was very nice and the walk to the beach was easy and convenient. Sent hard earned money for a vacation and obviously the owners do not carry that they make the stay a pleasant one.

Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in Panama City Beach multiple times and at laketown now three times and never had a bad stay until I stayed with this company. The unit wasn't clean first off I had to clean it myself and the refrigerator, dryer, garbage disposal and wifi didn't work. Lost hundreds of dollars worth of food due to the refrigerator and took 3 days for the towels to finally dry since I had to clean them initially myself. The company did replace the refrigerator after 3 days and it took another day for it to cool so basically didn't have one the whole time. I also had to set it up and unpackage it for them (not a big deal). Now the company won't reply to me and is ignoring me since I asked for a partial refund. Just beware.

Great location!

We arrived earlier than expected and the unit was ready. I needed to contact the owner once just to ask if we were able to check in early due to our arrival. She responded back almost instantly.

Thank you for an awesome location. I would recommend having a broom and dustpan. The towel bar in the bedroom bathroom kept falling off.

We had a wonderful stay at the room. Amazing with everything. Maybe just the elevators being hot & too much waiting.. but regardless amazing room was clean and and had the tools we needed. Will stay again next year
