This property is absolutely amazing! My family of ten adults spent three days there. The home is beautiful. The kitchen was so well appointed. It has absolutely everything you would need to entertain a group of that size. They have games for entertainment. The tiki bar was perfect. The entire outside area was great…plenty of furniture even for that big of a group. And the host was great! Very attentive to our needs. I would absolutely stay here again!

My sister is getting married, so we rented the house for a Bach Weekend. The house looked nice online, and it’s 10x better in person! Elegant, clean, modern. And the outdoor bar is really cute! Not cheesy at all.
There were plenty of bedrooms for us to spread out and have a quality stay as grown ass women.
Paul was so communicative and helpful. He assisted in letting us check in early too.
The weather was underwhelming when we were there, however, the house made the weekend worth it and contributed in a major way to our quality time together.

We were here to celebrate a family birthday. We had a marvelous time! The pool/tiki bar was great, the kitchen was very well stocked, the bedrooms were all very comfortable. We're already discussing returning next year. Paul was a terrific host!

We stayed with 2 other families for the long weekend. The pictures did make it seem bigger but we made it work. We loved the open concept of the kitchen/living room. Main downfalls is there was no common TV to watch football and no disposal in the kitchen which makes it challenging to cook. We loved the pool with the slide and hot tub. And it overlooked a pretty canal where we were able to dock our jet skis. The tiki hut was cute but could have been cleaned up a bit. Very convenient to have the outside fridge. The listing said 3 bathrooms, but it didn't specify one was off the pool and didn't have a shower. There was an outdoor shower but not the same as having 3 full bathrooms. Overall it was a great stay!

If your looking for a nice getaway with a great location in the fort myers area than look no further. The outdoor tiki and pool area is amazing. Everything we needed in the house was there and Paul was very helpful with any questions we had. The family and I will definitely be booking this property in the future again!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week with one other family. The home exceeded our expectations as it was perfect from start to finish! The home was super clean, completely updated and the pool area was top notch! We rented a boat for the week as well and the boat dock was perfect. All the linens and towels were included and the washer and dryer were a huge plus! If you are looking to book a home in the Cape Coral area I highly recommend this one. We will be renting again for sure! Thank you Paul & Mira!

The house was amazing. Lots of room, well kept and very clean. Paul was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Backyard is the stuff of dreams. The pool area is one of a kind and the kids loved it. Great place overall.

From booking to checkout, this home rental was great! We had a large crew with 3 couples and 2 singles which the house fit perfectly! The semi-circle driveway made parking 4 vehicles easy. The wide open kitchen & family room meant nobody left out of meal prep and made entertaining easy. The lanai with Tiki Hut/bar, pool, grotto with hot tub, slide and fountain also added to the "vacation" feel of home. Nice large dock on wide canal made catching catfish easy! The house was sufficiently stocked with all the essentials needed to cook full meals, linens & towels were of excellent quality. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Majestic, Paul was an excellent host and made sure all of our needs were met. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but is still close to good dining and shopping options.
The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens.
The best part is the backyard pool area and tiki hut, it was just amazing! From the waterfall to the spa, it was wonderful. I definitely recommend a stay here if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

We had an absolute blast at Villa Majestic. The kids (ages 4, 2 and babies) loved the pool. The water slide and grotto hot tub were a major hit!
The property is sparkling and clean! The adults loved watching the Masters out by the tiki hut!
Paul was incredibly helpful and responsive. Very flexible and accommodating! We will absolutely be back. Big thanks to Paul!

Villa Majestic is even better than the pictures! Our family loved the back yard resort! No reason to leave and go anywhere else. We got so much rest and relaxation and everything you could possibly need is there. Top notch house, area, and local restaurants. We especially loved the Boathouse that is a very short drive away.

This property was gorgeous and well equipped. Corn hole and games were a plus. Thanks to previous renters for leaving some beach toys, floats and noodles for family. Having a tv at the tiki bar was great. Plus another fridge. My only suggestion would still to have a TV in the common space. The one in the queen suite isn't optimal if someone is sleeping in that bed. Loved the outside shower! We would definitely rent again! OUR FAMILY HAD A GREAT TIME!

We booked this property back in the fall, still unsure about what Covid would bring. We celebrated my mom‘s 75th birthday here with the teen/adult grandchildren. We chose this property because of the beautiful outdoor gathering areas.
Check-in and out procedures were incredibly easy and the property was PRISTINE! The beds were comfortable and the house came with plenty of linens along with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking (pots/pans/spices, etc).
The location was great. It was very quiet and peaceful. There is a public beach three minutes away, with plenty of free parking.
We felt like we spent a week on a tropical island! Renee was a fantastic host! We would definitely love to come back!

It was better than we could ever imagine!!! You always question the pictures online, but these pictures did not do this property justice. It was just AMAZING!!!! The owners had music playing when we arrived and the waterfall in the pool was flowing. What a GREAT start to our stay!!!

The house was beautiful, clean, had lots of amenities, and was fun for everyone in our group! The kids loved the pool and slide and the adults all loved the tiki bar. I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the Cape Coral area.

We just got back from a family vacation at Villa Majestic and we had a great time! Our family with 5 adults and 3 children had plenty of space to sleep and spread out, while having an amazing time in the backyard pool! From the waterslide to the waterfall to the hot tub, it was perfect! The backyard is awesome. Renee was easy to work with and we had no issues on site. Easy check-in, good communication, simple process, and a great house in a quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to go back!

The house was in a great location on the water, very clean and everything was in working condition. The outside entertaining area was what we were after and it did not disappoint! We rented a boat and the dock was in very good condition as well. We will definitely return if we ever get back to Cape Coral! :)

Outdoor space is awesome, feels like you're at a resort pool and tiki bar with your kitchen, living room, and bedrooms only feet away. Was absolutely perfect for children, if they needed an nap or something to eat it didn't slow down the pool time for everyone else. The dock was nice to sit a for coffee in the morning. I travel often, for a vacation with younger children I have not had a better experience in any home or resort. Our family is building a vacation home 30 miles away and I am still strongly considering booking this property next spring anyway. It provided a great relaxed adult experience while keeping the kids occupied all day. Best part was I could keep an eye on them from the pool, tiki bar, dock, or couch because the floor plan is so open. A house twice the size or twice the money will not provide a better experience.

We were a group of 8 adults including 4 college kids. We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything you need. Due to Covid outbreak we stayed at the house all week and had a blast. The outside area is incredible and the doors open so wide you feel like you are outside all the time. It was such a memorable time. We all agreed we would definitely come back to vacation again.

My family had a lovely time staying here. It worked great for all of our different age ranges from 2 to 93. We greatly enjoyed being on the water and being able to sit around as well as enjoy the pool. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen for our short stay. And the perfect amount of bedrooms so that everyone had their own place to crash at night. Greatly enjoyed the open living space which allowed us to be with each other even when just relaxing for a few minutes. Renee was a pleasure to interact with and was quick to respond.

This is a well appointed, well stocked home. Very clean. We really enjoyed the pool area. It has a resort feel. The owner is responsive and accommodating. We considered sharing this home with another family, but we were glad that we did not. It would have been tight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I’ve been renting VRBOs for over 10 years now and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. The house was honestly better than the photos. Upon arrival we could tell that great care had been taken to prepare for our arrival. I’m used to having to bring almost everything for cooking but this house had it all! Fully prepped coffee/tea station, super stocked kitchen and plenty of pool toys. We hit the grocery store before arriving and I should have checked the house first. Once we arrived, the kids hit the pool immediately and couldn’t have been happier than if we were at a resort. The house is within a reasonable distance to Sanibel and Captiva and we made easy Fay beach trips each day. We had a blast with the Tiki Bar and the kids enjoyed fishing from the dock on the canal. We hate that our time is done and can’t wait to go back.

This house had everything we needed. The pool, tiki bar and dock made it perfect. The kids loved the waterfall and water slide. Have been renting vacation homes in Florida for many years. This home is our new favorite and will definitely stay there again! Renee was very attentive and check in and out were simple.

Just little random things that could be unimproved, such as more paper products and trash bags supplied, plastic cutlery, better instructions for outdoor areas such as hot tub and bar area. Master bed was awful. Such a hard mattress. Not firm, it was hard. Random cabinet drawers won’t stay closed. Need a squeegee for the pool area as it puddles and is slippery. Hot tub entrance is very steep and tricky to get in/out of. We had an amazing time, despite the rain. Thank you for having us.

All I can say is wow! Renee and Brian really have a gem of a home. My wife and I, plus 8 friends had just the best time at this rental. Can not beat this location, beauty is even if its raining and you cant enjoy the pool , hop in the hot tub or gather around the Tiki bar and enjoy just hanging with the friends and socializing until it passes. If its bars you seek , then .8 miles away you have breweries and a cool bar called Rustys we enjoyed a lot. This is absolutely a house that we will come back to in the future and because of our experience we have said this is a tradition for us! Thank you once again Renee !

This was a family Christmas vacation and we loved this house. Our grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub (which were actually warm). Some houses state heated pool and it really is not the case. For this hosue the kids could swim up into the evening since it was so warm. We vacation once a year with our entire family and use VRBO and this was by far the nicest house. The Tiki Bar was a lot of fun and the new outdoor shower was amazing. We would highly recommend this house! We had a blast!

We couldn't have dreamed up a better place. Top notch! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and toothbrush. Amazing pool! Perfect tiki with everything you need including margarita machine!, the bomb! Clean, beautiful decor, kitchen fully equipped, roomy, bedrooms were gorgeous and so comfy, beautiful and quiet neighborhood....i could go on and on. Renee was a sweetheart! Nobody wanted to leave😁 we will definitely be back!
