Very nice place and superb location. We really enjoyed our stay.

The unit was very nice with lots of extras to make it a comfortable stay (beach gear and toys, full equipped kitchen, welcome snacks). Location is also great! ACs and ceiling fans also made it comfortable and helped with some of the nighttime street background noise. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect location, very comfortable accommodations, lots of little extras that made it feel like a home away from home!

Our experience was as follows: Outside of building appears old and dated. Burglar bars on some unit doors, portable a/c units in 3 rooms the master was not as cool as other rooms, parking lot gave us sketchy feeling, Inside looks way better than outside, however the pictures give the appearance of a fresh bright airy luxurious feeling but it was very hot and stuffy upon entering, the portable units take a while to cool rooms, great amenities were provided, welcome gift, great host communication, washer and dryer in unit, great size TV’s, one bedroom had exterior door blocked with a chair and door lock, great beach chairs and umbrella and pool and beach toys, beach towels provided, the balcony view of beach was obscured, host did a wonderful job with upgrading the unit to feel like home. They had everything you’d need for your stay. There were two things that prevented a 5 star rating. 1. The A/C not on upon arrival very hot and stuffy inside. 2. Several encounters with crawling insects and bugs in bed on pillow, in bathrooms, in living room on wall and in desk drawer, 1 on sofa pillow and another on arm rest of sofa. That ruined the stay there because we were no longer comfortable always looking for or feeling like something was crawling on us. Maybe it was just time for another pest treatment. The building does look older than the pictures on the site.
