Perfekte Lage, sehr schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse

Es was alles was man braucht ….. aber obwohl die Aussicht von der Terrasse sehr schön war ist die Terrasse ziemlich ungepflegt und wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt sieht man eben nicht das schöne Aussicht sondern diese weniger gepflegte schmutzige Seite( Solarlampen die nicht funktionieren, schmutzige Wände etc.). Das ganze Gebäude ist schon ziemlich alt und man merkt es…. Das Appartement ist in zwei Teilen geteilt. Eine ist irgendwie schöner, neuer, das andere ( links) bisschen enges Schlafzimmer und sieht älter aus. Sehr hell und dunklere Vorhänge wären vielleicht besser sonst ist es sehr hell morgens….

Excellent location, nearby to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the town, the train to visit other coastal destinations. We visited Villeneuve-Loubet, St Laurent du Var, Cannes, Monaco and Ventimiglia (Italy). The apartment was very spotless, well laid out, everything was communicated and well explained. Nice being the only apartment on the top floor, more personalised. The pools on two different levels were lovely, the top pool, gives you a view of the harbour. Minimal noise levels at night, even though one side of the apartment backs onto a road. The air conditioning, kept it beautifully cool after a warm day outside. Anna, our host was excellent at being in contact beforehand and throughout. Don't hesitate, book the apartment!

Nothing to not like, everything was previously well communicated. For us in this apartment, an oven would have made it a 12/10. But thats only because we have fussy children. Anna did beforehand communicate that there was a hob and a microwave oven and even left us instructions for the microwave oven. That said, there are lots of restaurants close by all within an easy walking distance.

Apartment was fantastic. Location was perfect and close to everything.
