Very good location

The room looks a bit dated, walls are not that clean too.

The location was excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the Shinjuku station, and there is a 7-11 on the way. The staff were excellent, they were friendly and helpful. The six of us were traveling around Asia, and Japan was our last stop. We had many large suitcases, and the staff helped us to store a few away, so we could have space in the room. We also bother the staff many times for the stored luggage to exchange stuff or re-organize items before we head to the airport.

The room size is small. The dryer took a very long time to dry and we had to pay 100 yen/20 minutes. You need to spend at least 80 minutes to guarantee the clothes are dried.

The facility is good in quality in terms of the price we pay. There’s many restaurants and supermarkets nearby Good location to anywhere

The air conditioner is set in a place to blow the air direct to people sideways Room is very compact but it is Tokyo
