Warm and welcoming host. Spacious room and bathroom and very comfortable. Great location that's handy for some very nice places and public transport.

The property is gorgeous! The breakfast was incredible and Clare and Gene were incredible hosts 🙂 We were so comfortable during our stay and can’t wait to come back again! This is a really special place! I imagine the best in Hull!

Lovely, period house and very friendly host. The room was very comfortable and every need anticipated. I particularly liked the always open dining room.
Nothing, all great

The Jesmond is a perfect bed and breakfast with friendly staff, a quiet location close to Pearson Park and superb standards of comfort. I will certainly stay here when I next visit Hull.
There was nothing to fault.
