The staff was so helpful. They gave us an early check-in, and the place was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in an incredible location. It was spotlessly clean and always smelled fresh. I stayed in the suite and felt extremely comfortable throughout my stay. Every morning, the room was cleaned perfectly and left spotless.
When I checked out, the staff kindly helped me with my luggage and even carried it all the way to the taxi. Communication via WhatsApp was also excellent—they responded incredibly quickly, almost 24/7.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality and for making my stay so enjoyable!

I liked the location of the hotel, it was at the Spanish Steps close to the metro and main attractions.
The hotel was clean and the staff was nice.
However, the internet connection was very slow, and reliable Wi-Fi is essential nowadays. Additionally, I left the room around 2:00 p.m., but it was not cleaned. The staff explained that they had other properties to attend to. I was not informed that housekeeping services were only available in the morning.
Another issue was the lack of a bedside lamp. The room only had the main ceiling light, which was inconvenient, especially in the evening. This is a minor issue that could be easily addressed.
