Central location to the town centre. Excellent parking facilities. Tastefully decorated and well equipped.

The flat was ideally located to walk down into town although do bear in mind it’s on a hill so coming back up needs a good burst of energy - worth considering if you have younger ones. The flat was perfectly comfortable with a nice welcome pack in the fridge which got us started with some tea and Cornish biscuits. Literally a last minute decision to stay over whilst visiting some friends on their boat in the marina. Parking was a great bonus although also plenty of space on road out the front. We had an electric car which needed charging so parked it in the Marina car park over night to charge, about a 15min walk. Peaceful, comfortable and great location.

Tilly was very communicative and answered all of my questions prior stay very promptly. Please be aware that there are a lot of steps from the seafront to this property so would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

Location

Not appealing entrance , dead plants and entrance foyer full of clothes and shoes. Second living area is just a small entrance where you have to put suitcases as very small bedroom with no wardrobes. Bed not extra large as described and overall everything a little tired.
