It was clean and nice stuff , we checked in very early at 10 am and we was happy , it have also air conditioning

The location of the hotel was good in Cap d'agde town, that was the only good thing about this hotel.

Please avoid this place!!! They quote a reasonable price but then add ridiculously high cleaning fee on top so the room works out expensive in the end! Cleaning fee should be included in the price, not added later to mislead customers! Also this hotel has crazy check in time, 5pm!!! And the reception is closed during the day so you can't even drop the bags off! Inside the room is very basic and dirty. They charge so much the cleaning but the beds were not even made, we had to do it ourselves! They also charge a high amount of deposit (£300) which is crazy considering how basic and dated the room was! No free toiletries etc! The place was awful, overpriced and probably one of the worst hotels I have ever seen! Please avoid!!!

Comfortable foam mattress, good powerful fridge, good ac, helpful staff. Location amazing.

Bed was not properly cleaned before we came (everything else was clean). 300 euro damage deposit( but they paid back same day).

Friendly staff. Great location by bars and restaurants. Pool is a bonus (but beach is better).

Place is run down. Corridors not clean. Freezer old.

Communication was dreadful both from the residence and from booking.Well before arrival we tried to change booking as we were going to be only 2 guests.But we wanted to extend our stay by a day.The phone was never answered and messages totally ignored.We arrived at the property at 11 45 am intending to pay the deposit and leave the two people who would check in at 5 to spend the day on the beach.We could not find the office, until just before 12.We explained the situation to the young man who at first refused to take deposit payment as he was going to lunch.I explained that this would mean a round trip for me of 120 kilomètres to come back at 5 simply to pay deposit.He still refused.I stood my ground and he relented and took payment.This took 20 seconds,no longer.He was rude,arrogant,and lazy.
