The property is comfortable and very well located. There are restaurants and a Kaufland right next to the building. There’s also a cute playground in front of the building. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and we pretty much had everything we needed.

We didn’t really feel welcomed. When the host first took us upstairs, to the apartment, the first thing he said was: “Now please remove your shoes at the entrance.” This was followed by a long pause. He didn’t continue to present the apartment until all 5 of us took our shoes off. Then, the evening before checkout, he sent me a message asking me when we were planning to leave the next day (he had already told us when we arrived that checkout is at 11). We felt kicked out. On top of that, the next morning, at 11:00, as we were taking our luggage downstairs (in more than one trip), the cleaning lady showed up at our door. At 11 sharp. Not one minute later. Overall, they weren’t rude per se, but definitely didn’t try at all to make us feel welcomed. It was a simple, correct transaction and it felt just like that. Also, the AC remote control didn’t have any batteries (the host noticed that and just suggested us to buy some). There was sugar and tea, but no coffee. There was shampoo available, but no shower gel. The details really make a difference and I hope they learn something from my review and treat the next guests better.

very kind host, the accommodation was equipped with everything, including coffee, tea everything you needed, very clean, quiet and comfortable to live in

Everything was enjoyable for us, I have no objections

Чистая, светлая, уютная квартира со всеми необходимыми удобствами. Удобное расположение, все необходимое в пешей доступности. Закрытый парк с детской площадкой

The beds were comfortable and it was a nice size.

Had to pay in cash. Swimming pool is not for residents. It is the spa next door. 70euro a day to use. Wet and moldy items in the washing machine. No washing liquid for washing machine. No plug for using the bath. Spoke with owner who said they would replace but did not. Television kept on turning off after 5 minutes. Cutlery was dirty. Exit from complex onto dark alley with no lighting. No soap in one bathroom.
