The location and the price.
Steps were too steep for someone with trouble walking. Walk in shower would be helpful. No ice maker or ice trays. I was a little confused about the amount of beds/rooms available. The add I saw listed a twin bed and a roll away bed. I did not realize there were only three rooms and the twin bed and roll away bed were one and the same. We managed to make it work.

the property was at a very convenient location with access to brimstone from the home. it was very spacious and accommodating. Megan, the owner, was amazing to work with. we cannot wait to book this home again for future events.
