The space was generally comfortable and clean. Pretty sparse - no cutting board or bottle opener in the kitchen, no throw blanket on the couch - but had everything we needed. The property manager soured the experience for us, though.

The company that manages the property is not transparent or customer oriented. Listing is named "dog friendly" but buries the fact that there "might" be a pet fee in the FAQs rather than the description. The booking is non-refundable, and the amount of the pet fee is not disclosed until after it's booked. We were told after booking that the fee would be $43.11 but after asking twice never received an explanation of why the fee was such an odd number. They also didn't think it was inappropriate to bind someone into a non-refundable booking without disclosing fees to be charged later.

It was clean, well maintained, and in a great location.

I know that this is probably outside of their control, but there were a lot of lady bugs throughout the apartment, the entire stay.
