Clean campground

What a great place to stay! There is a lot to do at this campground. The pool area, and waterfront area was very inviting. If you have a boat or jet ski the have plenty of accomodation. The unit we stayed was cozy, comfortable beds and everything we need to make our stay enjoyable! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. It was very nice and well maintained. The area where it’s located is gated which was nice. There can be some noise at night but it wasn’t too bad. Pool was nice and the hammocks were a favorite! Only thing is I am 6’3” and felt a little crammed at times but still a wonderful place!

The owner was very engaging and helpful. Roku TVs were a plus and wifi was working well. However there was an unexpected lodging fee on top of a Vrbo service fee, Florida sales tax, and a cleaning fee. I knew of all the fees except the lodging fee. I have researched to Florida state fees and it seems to be optional for owners to charge. Can't quite nail it down , but I should have been informed of this charge with the preview for booking. The estimate before and total charged was different by this amount. Place was clean and easy to access and check in. We were alittle surprised to find floor damage in the hallway and were expected to clean up, gather towels to laundry bag, and take out garbage even though we were charge a $$ cleaning fee. We avoided using the kitchen because of fear of being charge extra for leaving dirty dishes. We were 'were expected to leave it as we found it'. Which we did. Was it the best for money paid? Maybe not, but location is what worked for us. I really did not like cleaning up in addition to being charged a cleaning fee. Next time will be in a hotel where I'm not expected to tidy up. Otherwise the owner was super helpful.
