My family and I, 10 of us, 3 children and 7 adults, had a wonderful vacation here. The 5 rooms were exactly what we needed. The open floor plan and common areas were perfect. The back yard was exactly what we expected, a beautiful pool, outdoor grill and bar area, the covered patio and outdoor dinning area, the gas firepit, gave us enough space to play, relax and enjoy each other. The view was exceptional, both day and night. We would not hesitate to come back to this house. Our host was attentive and available no matter the time or concern. The location was convienent to all the things we planned on doing. We hope anyone renting this house has as great a time as we did!

We arrived at check in time and the cleaning service was barely getting started cleaning up after the previous guests who apparently left a complete mess. We had to wait an hour and a half for them to finish cleaning. When they left the dirty towels were left in the washer. There were no flat sheets on the beds. Also no pool towels. I contacted the manager who was very responsive but wanted to check with the cleaning team about the sheets. We ended up having to buy sheets and towels at the local target and we were reimbursed. The house was not fully cleaned when the cleaning team left, the floors, kitchen surfaces, appliances, and sliding doors were all still dirty. So we cleaned them ourselves. When we put the towels in the dryer we realized there were not enough for the ten of us, so it was a good thing we had purchased more towels. Some things were broken around the house, we took pictures of them and sent them to the manager so we wouldn’t be charged for them. Again, the manager was responsive and kept asking if he should come over to fix anything. Also, the house is advertised as having three queens when in fact one of them is a full. This is a beautiful home with a wonderful backyard. It just needs to be sufficiently appointed in terms of linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. It should be fully cleaned before check in time. Before booking you should check in with the owner and manager about these issues.
