It was very spacious and clean. Had a kitchnette that was put to really good use 🙂
The water in the shower was almost everytime hot, even on the cold side. When you turn the water colder the flow of the water reduces too

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff.
Slightly further away from the beach than we thought so we were glad we had a car. Having said that, the hotel did offer a shuttle in to the town or to the beach but we preferred to be more flexible.

Our room was big and not too hot - the airconditioning was working great. The pool and the area around it were very nice. The location is good, about 15 minutes walks to the beach, but there are not that many restaurants and no shops or grocery store close by.
The reception staff took their time to help us, explain everything etc.
We were placed in the second building of the hotel which was not communicated earlier on - that meant that we need to go outside and cross the street to get to the reception, restaurant and pool. It wasn't a big inconvenience, but we would prefer to be notified about that upfront.
The front door of our apartment was difficult to open and the cleaning service wasn't doing more than making up the beds and changing towels.
Although the service was nice and did their best to speak in English, the restaurant was not of the best quality (both food wise and we waited quite a long time for very simple orders).

"Das Hotel liegt ca 1 km vom Strand entfernt.
Der Strand ist gut per Fuss zu erreichen, sowie Die City.
In Portimao empfiehlt sich ein Ubertaxi, sowie Stadtbusse zu benützen.
