Everything was beautiful about the villa. It is a new house located on a hill and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Property manager Rosemarie was very nice and attentive. She met us at the airport and drove us to a house. House has everything you need for your stay. Wr enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was absolutely to our expectations. Rosemarie was a great hostess/property manager. She met us at the airport and we followed behind in the rental to the property. Showed us around and explained how things worked and where to find things. Asked about going to Carriacou Island and she got all the information in detail and called us back. Beautiful home and well-cared for. I definitely would stay here if I ever come back to Grenada. My stepson who visits about twice a year for business says he will stay here if it’s available. I give it a 10

We enjoyed 9 days at Paix Elevee Villa while we moved our daughter to Grenada to attend veterinary school at SGU. It was a perfect fit for us! The villa is very clean and has a full kitchen with everything one could need. The upstairs bedrooms were large and had plenty of closet space, en suite bathrooms and both American and Grenadian electrical outlets. The master bedroom was especially comfortable with a king sized bed and large tiled shower. Our favorite features were that all of the main rooms are air conditioned, and there is a full sized washer and electric dryer. We also loved the beautiful decks with amazing views of the mountains, and the home security system for peace of mind. The property manager, Rose Marie was a delight to work with. She was kind, welcoming, and took care of everything for us. We highly recommend booking her private chef BBQ dinner package. It was amazing! We will look forward to staying here again soon

Amazing house on the side of a hill overlooking the bay with fantastic sunsets. The property owner was very proactive and the property manager made sure our stay was perfect.

Overall, this is a beautiful home. I wish the beds were bigger. I think all the beds were double size. This home was very spacious and comfortable for us. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. It was also easy to communicate with her.

The owner contacted me at 2am before my stay began to tell me about not smoking. They refused to give us the actual address to the house until after my flight landed in Grenada. There is an outside shower that has a camera directly facing it. There was a nasty smell in the bedrooms. There was no hot water in the showers. The washing machine didn't work properly. The photos did not show the steep dangerous driveway and street in front of the house. There were alarms going off and dogs barking all night. We contacted the owner to say that we felt unsafe and he laughed at us. He said the alarms and barking also happened when he last visited the house 8 months ago. The owner refused to turn on the security system. The property manager entered the house during our stay and called the police to report linen stolen that we were still actively using as part of our stay. The house manager rummaged through the house more than once during our stay while we were out. She asked us to wait in the house for the AC repair person to come. They cancelled our reservation a day early and left us stranded in Grenada. They told us to return the house keys to the police station because they ARMED the security system while we were out at the beach so we could not return to get our stuff.
