We were three adult friends and three of my kids and the place was perfect. Downstairs were a few bedrooms and a big TV (sorry, my 14 year old ordered a movie!), lots of board games and even toys for babies. The owner has "been to this rodeo before" as the house had all that you would need, from dental floss to fully stocked kitchen. The beds were great with nice sheets, house was immaculate and the lock box worked great. We have to come to this area several more times and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding. It was very accommodating for our group and I could tell great effort was made to make us comfortable, right down to snacks and drinks in the fridge! There were travel toiletries in the bathrooms and that came in handy while doing the brides hair (hairspray!!). Even my sons pup was welcome which we appreciated. Host contacted me and said to call him at any hour if I needed anything. Cute and comfortable!

The property was obviously well cared for. My husband and I stayed downstairs with our kids, the louder bunch. My mom and sister and her daughter and our eldest daughter were all upstairs, the quieter bunch. It worked out very well to be able to have both areas. The house was close to everything we needed and everyone enjoyed it. The house had many useful things, the adults were wishing there were drink coasters so we didn't ruin furniture but noone had any complaints at all.

We had an amazing time staying here. We came to a funeral and Edward treated us like his own family. The house was beautiful, clean and family friendly. We will surely stay here again if we have a chance.

This was a perfect house for our group. The house has lots of little extras to make your stay comfortable. We loved the basement where the kids could play and watch their own movies. Also great table in the basement for playing games and cards. The backyard was so nice in the evenings and the mornings. Nice table and chairs to just relax and visit. We were close to many food and dessert places and really close to Walmart in case we forgot anything. Hoping we get to stay here again. Great communication with owner.

This is a beautiful property that was perfect for our large group! Our family gathered for our daughter’s wedding! We were able to spend time together as a family and prepare for our large event! The location was convenient and the host was extremely attentive and flexible with our needs! The home is even better in person than it is in the pictures! The home included everything we needed and more with lots of little extras to make us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This home is super clean and offers all the spaces you need. Plus many extras that making a home away from home possible. If you forgot anything they probably have a spare one on hand. Plenty of towels, blow dryers, shampoo and conditioner.
Also in the kitchen there is condiments, snacks, coffee, creamer, sweetener, butter, salad dressings etc.
The owners are really dedicated to you having a stress free stay and communicate very well.
The home is close to lots of restaurants and shopping in a quiet neighborhood. They have a booklet prepared of places, things, offerings, etc and even includes local add coupons if you like to use those.
The home itself is newer, fresh, clean, decorated and has a washer and dryer for lighter packing or emergencies. The back yard is beautiful and fully fenced in for pets or kids.
We totally enjoyed our stay here and would book with them again in a heart beat. ❤️

The house was beautiful! We appreciate how well stocked the fridge was with condiments and the bathrooms had all sorts of extra shampoo, shaving cream, makeup wipes and more. Great communication with the owners as well. We had a wonderful time!

Me and a group of my friend come to Utah every year for the last 8 years to ski/snowboard and this was by far the best rental i have ever rented!!! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive i messaged just to see if they had a crockpot and not only did they, he made sure it was out and ready for me on the counter. Once we got there we quickly found out that this place was completly stocked with anything and everything you could ever imagine you may need on a trip or vacation The owners of this house must of spent hours if not days planning and thinking about every detail to make their guest at home. Thanks again Evertte and Family it was an Epic ski trip and your home definitely contributed to the succsess of our trip!!!!
