Really spacious and clean. Nice and peaceful area. Great amenities with pool, ping pong table etc and close to everything - airport, Mahon, local beaches and restaurants and an easy drive to other beaches and towns. Great stay.

Super minor but we had one bin bag during our stay so had to buy more, also need to bring your own coffee pods & oil if you plan to do much cooking etc

The villa is in a very quiet location but only a 20 minute drive from the airport. There is a villa either side but it is not overlooked & the patio/garden has a sea view as there are no properties directly in front of the villa. Lovely clean pool (someone comes to maintain the pool I think in the morning but we never met them) & lots of garden furniture. Plenty of supermarkets just a short drive away & 3 restaurants less than 1 mile away (a car is needed for the location). Lots of hot water always available. The letting agency for this property have their own web login to make the tourist tax payment & for messages. As others have said it would be better if this was all dealt with through the Booking.com platform rather than making a payment through a WhatsApp link. Villa Robes is a very relaxing place to stay & we would be happy to return.

Some of the kitchen cabinets are a bit worn & in need of refreshing, as are some of the kitchen utensils (wobbly saucepan handles etc) & it would have been nice to have more equipment for the barbecue to make the most of the fresh fish available, but I guess not everyone wants to cook on holiday
