Extremely pleasant, relaxing and peaceful location. Host went above and beyond to accomodate us and make us feel home. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

Riad is a good distance from the main road, a cart is needed to move luggage.

The host, Mohammed, was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay. He kindly made us a vegetable tagine for dinner one night, which was delicious. The breakfast was excellent and set me up well for a day of sightseeing. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, and the rooftop had great views over Chefchaouen.

Everything was great

Located centrally in Chefchaouen and impeccably clean, Riad Bin Souaki was off to a great start! The staff were of redeeming quality and really went above and beyond to make our stay nice, even storing our luggage the day we checked out so we could roam the city unburdened. A final note for those unfamiliar: definitely ask for your tea unsweetened and coffee with milk and/or sugar on the side, unless you like liquid candy!

the pictures are misleading: our room was on the ground floor, directly next to the check-in desk which is cleverly hidden in the pictures online, which even appear to be from an upper floor. There was also no sheet on the mattress, and the pillows were more decorative than functional. Lastly and most importantly, the hot water boiler in the bathroom leaked constantly with a loud hissing sound. There was no way to shut it off, and being in a water-parched country, it was grating listening to the 1000’s of gallons of wasted water going down the drain.

The owner is nice and available. Great location and very nice view from the terrace. Breakfast is amazing!

Not easy to find as there is no signage outside, so you have to ask locals!

Small very clean riad in a great location for a 4 night stay. Lots of eateries near by when you get your bearings. Neat compact rooms with modern conveniences. Very well appointed furnishings and decor. Has a washing machine and dryer for guests to use.

No signage for the riad which made it difficult to find without the help of locals, very narrow and steep stairs in the riad if you are senior travellers, doorways to room and bathroom are very small which understandably suits the riad but not large Westerners. Can be noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. Had to request for bin to be emptied and towels replaced as the room isn't serviced at all. Gentleman who runs the riad has limited English and you need to be prepared for a long wait for breakfast on the terrace.

The location is fantastic! In a quiet area of the Medina, but very close to everything! Mohamed is a great host! you should also try his tajine!

WIFI is a bit slow, but I am sure they are doing everything possible to help their clients.

Its new, very cosy and authentic. Brekfast is perfect on the top floor with magnificent view. The host is very nice and helpful. Would definetely recommend.

beautiful new Riad in an amazing location with super friendly owner and staff. great breakfast. if you arrive by bus take a petite taxi to the parador hotel. from there it is a short walk with only one set of steps to walk down close to the Riad
