Todo excelente.

Loved the location, modern amenities, attached restaurants and ease of access to main highways.

Easy check-in and out, very clean and comfortable, safe, wonderful and helping people. In two words: liked everything.

The property itself is brand new, clean, and very nice. You can tell a lot of thought went into the space, and overall it was a comfortable stay. I did experience a few issues during my stay, but I want to highlight that the host was extremely responsive and professional. As soon as I reached out, he immediately tried to resolve the situation. When it became clear that the issue couldn’t be fully rectified at that time, he promptly refunded me, which I truly appreciated. Some of the challenges were outside of the host’s control, and others were addressed as best as possible. What stood out most was his willingness to take responsibility and make things right. Because of how well the situation was handled, I would absolutely consider staying again. The property has a lot of potential, and the customer service made a big difference.
