Selectum City Ataşehir

The location and the rooms are very good.

When I entered the room, it was extremely hot. Then I turned on the A/C, but it didn’t work. Then I saw an employee out of my room in the hall and asked for help. He told that all A/C’s are always turned off for reducing the costs of the hotel and customers have to call the reception to activate the A/C. Then I called the reception and been told that they will grant access to A/C ASAP. However, it took an hour to have a normal temperature in the room. Also, t’s was not the best A/C even it was working.

Good location, friendly helpful stuff, comfortable bed, big TV with one working English speaking channel, I enjoyed the pool and spa, nice breakfast.

Stained furniture and carpets, dirty windows, even from the inside

Had a great stay at Selectum Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food offered plenty of variety. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The service was consistently good, and the team made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a pleasant holiday experience. Thank you to the entire Selectum team for a wonderful stay! 😊
