Unit was beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location was easy to walk or uber to Beale street. The parking garage across the street was also convenient.

The property was very clean, neat and comfortable. We felt safe and secure. Easy walk to Beale Street.

The location is great however the check in process got me again. This is my 2nd time staying here and both times it took multiple calls and over an hour standing on the street to get into the space. The doorman said that it had happened to multiple others the same day and was a common complaint. When you book you will receive a separate email from Abode, outside of VRBO, which has a list of items that must be completed prior to your stay. This isn't uncommon however the list is incomplete and leads to unfinished hoops to jump through. When attempting to contact Abode, via VRBO, they will not respond and will instead send separate sporadic emails which are often incomplete as well.In summary I booked with Abode, completed all forms and received confirmation, was told that I would get my check in information 24 hours in advance of my stay but that never came. I reached out to get the check in info but couldn't get anyone on the phone or to respond in VRBO. After 30 minutes of standing on the street, I was told via a text that there were additional items needed for my stay. I had to take a picture of my credit card and verify bank purchases, (while standing on the street), and it still took another 30 minutes to get the check in info emailed to me. I like the property but the check in sucks.
