Diese Wohnung in einer Anlage direkt am Wasser heißt dich in South Padre Island willkommen. South Padre Island Beach ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und auch South Padre Island Community Center erreichst du zu Fuß in 11 Minuten, also lass das Auto einfach an der Unterkunft stehen, die praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände bietet.

Verbring etwas Zeit am nahe gelegenen Strand (freu dich auf die Liegestühle!), entspann am Gemeinschaftspool oder trink etwas im Garten dieser Wohnung in einer Anlage mit 55 Quadratmetern. Auch einen Balkon kannst du nutzen. Wenn du genug Zeit an der frischen Luft verbracht hast, gibt es auch drinnen dank WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und Kabel-/Satellitenfernsehen tolle Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib.

In der Küche gibt es einen Ofen, eine Herdplatte und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und einen Eiswürfelbereiter. Zur Ausstattung des Badezimmers gehören ein Haartrockner, Handtücher und Seife. Und da es vor Ort eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner gibt, brauchst du nicht so viele Klamotten mitzunehmen und kannst so mit leichterem Gepäck reisen. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten vor Ort gehören Bettwäsche, ein Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett, Klimaanlage und Heizung.

The property was great with easy and direct beach access. We had no issues with available parking, and there is so much within walking distance. We loved waking up and watching the sunrise from the patio, and everything we needed was there in the unit.

The view is absolutely beautiful! The property is very nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.The only downside was the cleanliness upon arrival. This was not the fault of the owners, as they were very responsive and willing to send a cleaning crew right away. However, there was hair present, the bathroom needed additional cleaning, and the living area could have benefited from a bit more attention to detail.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We would also recommend this property to anyone looking for a short getaway with easy beach access and a wonderful view.

This was our 2nd time at this property and the view was still amazing! The property had everything we needed for an 8 day stay for the two of us and our 2 small dogs. Both the owner and the property manager gave us just the right amount of communication and made themselves available in case we needed them (which we did not). Everything was clean inside the apartment and on the beach. The location was great for getting to the beach, local restaurants, etc. We hope to go back again soon!

This property boasts a gorgeous beachfront view. The condos might be 50 yards from the water. The beds were super comfortable. Amazon Prime Video was provided at no charge. Wanna Wanna Bar and Grill is next door, so we never had to drive anywhere. I would give à five-star review if the condo had been cleaner. It is an older condo, but has been kept up well. My problem was with the cleanliness. When I was going to pick up the TV remote, I noticed a long hair laying over both remotes. Removed the hair and tried to pick up the laminated instructions for the TV, but the page was stuck to the tray it was setting on. Started cooking à meal one night and realized the front right burner on the stove didn’t work. Additionally, there was hair stuck to the kitchen wall next to the pot holder. Found “the book” of property instructions. Attempted to pick it up and found it was stuck to a cabinet. This property fulfilled everything I was looking for: Relaxing ocean view, great sleeping, food and beverages next door. I’m sure they’ll get the property cleaned up and I will DEFINITELY stay here again!
