Location was great. Rooftop veranda was wonderful. Close to many activities and restaurants.

Hot tub on rooftop not operating.

The rooms were well laid out.

It was a good value but a bit dreary. The sink in the bathroom didn't work right and the quality of bedding and towels was poor. It wasn't far from town but farther than I expected.

Very clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Quiet and pleasant at night. Very pet friendly! Close to Malecon, we could walk everywhere.

A bit noisy during the day at times. We didn't have a problem with it, based on the numerous good points. It'd be great if the hot tub was working.
