Staff
Unfortunately, the experience started off on a disappointing note.
Upon arrival, the entrance was crowded with cars, and I had to wait for a long time. When I finally reached the gate, there was no one available to take the car for valet parking. I had to unload my luggage and go park the car myself, which was inconvenient—especially since it was a special occasion for me.
As for the breakfast, it did not meet expectations. The options were very limited compared to what should be offered in a place like this.
