Good location close to Oxford that suited our needs. Very nice facilities especially the little back garden and sitting area.
The blinds on the widows is in need of repair. Especially for the ground floor units

Flat was lovely clean and fresh and easy to access and obtain keys. Bus to the door so location good albeit it wasn't clear from either Google maps or the bus timetable that the bus took me to the door and as i result I pulled all my bags for 16 minutes uphill to get to the apartment when the bus would have taken me.
Sound proofing within the building is not good and neighbour on the Friday night was very noisy all through the night. This resulted in a poor nights sleep and my friend sleeping on the sofa to try and escape the noise.

A comfortable and well equipped modern apartment. Good size kitchen diner area. Clear and helpful communication from the owner.
One of the neighbours was very noisy and played loud music almost all through the night on our second evening. They finally stopped about 6:30am despite being asked by other neighbours to keep the noise down. Whilst not the owners fault, it did spoil our stay and we wouldn't book here again.
Also, the allocated parking space was occupied by another resident on the first evening. Not a major issue as there is plenty of street parking nearby
