We had a great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was in good condition, and we had no issues during our stay. The host was responsive and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Nothing.

Seng was a great host, we arrived on an early flight he help us to take our bags and allow us to change, so we can start our journey throught the city

the apartment was a bit old, but no bad

We stayed at Park View Avalon Apartment as a family of four and found it to be in a fantastic location. It's an easy and interesting 10-minute walk into the heart of District 1, passing many of Ho Chi Minh City's historical landmarks along the way. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It offered plenty of room for our family and represented good value for money. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment to families looking for a spacious base in a great location. With a little investment to refresh the apartment and replace the beds, this could easily become a 10/10 property.

That said, the apartment is beginning to show its age and would benefit from some refurbishment to bring it back to the standard shown in the listing photos. The décor and furnishings feel a little tired, and the mattresses were not particularly comfortable and could do with being replaced.

Spacious

Wouldn't stay again. The beds are hard, low to the ground, and sagging in the middle. The bathroom that isn’t attached to the bedroom shower/tub combo floods the whole bathroom. The property needs maintenance - dryer buttons are broken (had to use chopsticks to press start) and the key fob for the door stopped working.
