La habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones tenía telarañas en la ducha y las camas sonaban horribles.

It was close (10 minute walk) to the main bus station and close to the strip with many things to eat, coffee shops etc.

A bit run down and not the cleanest. Needs some renovations.

The location was very good in the city.

The kitchen was not clean and very old.

Friendly, comfortable and well located. Nice hot shower, clean comfortable bed. I recommend it! Great price. Fast, reliable wifi. What more can you ask? Thanks

The staff was very nice and helpful, they allowed us to check in early when we wanted to leave our backpacks after our arrival to Riobamba in the morning

Dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all, hair on the toilet and sink, the flush was leaking and the bathroom was wet all the time. Hard to get hot water in the shower. The sheets didn't feel fresh. I don't know if all rooms look like this, but ours was strange, as if someone lived there permanently and moved out to the family when a tenant was found, not cleaning before leaving. We were glad we only had one night there.
