・バスターミナルから徒歩圏内。 ・すぐそばにスーパーがあって便利。 ・ホストとの連絡がスムーズで、レスポンスも早かった。 ・コストパフォーマンスが高い。

・ゴミを外のゴミ箱に入れるというルールがあったが、そのゴミの範囲を明確にしたほうがいい。（結局トイレのゴミも含めすべてのゴミを外に出したが…） ・バルコニーはあったが、謎の洗濯物がすでに干してあって、利用できなかった。 ・滞在登録を宿泊者がオンライン上で行うことになっている点は多少面倒に感じる人もいるかもしれない。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Absolutely Perfect Stay! I travel all the time, and this is honestly one of the most modern, spotlessly clean apartments I’ve ever stayed in—everything was immaculate and beautifully presented. It’s in an ideal location too: walking distance to all the main attractions and exactly where all the GetYourGuide tour meeting points are, which made getting around so easy. The host is absolutely amazing — such a kind, caring and thoughtful person. She went above and beyond, arranging everything for my arrival and even my transfer back to the airport. Every single facility you could need is provided, the apartment is fully equipped and comfortable in every way. What truly showed her wonderful character: I had a small accident while travelling in Kosovo and couldn’t check out until nearly 8pm instead of the agreed 12pm. I offered to pay extra, but she refused — she said she didn’t care about the money at all, she just cared that I was okay. That’s genuine kindness you rarely find. I cannot recommend this place enough — exceptional host, exceptional apartment, perfect stay. I will absolutely be back! 💯

Absolutely nothing! Nada! Zilch! I literally racked my brain and came up with a big fat zero 😂 Everything was so much better than I expected — way above and beyond! There was an intense, unbearable smell of cigarettes in the apartment, which made us to feel a pinching sensation in the eyes. A strong unpleasant smell comes from the toilet, which is in poor condition. The shower cabin is moldy and has limescale, the glass is dirty and unclean. There is limescale on the tiles as well as on the shower head. The apartment is located on the penultimate floor. There was constant loud knocking from the apartment above, both in the morning and in the afternoon and evening, which made it impossible to sleep. The owner is anoying with messages on booking and on viber, even though we had booked for 2 days, he still constantly bothered us with messages about the time to leave the apartment, early in the morning at 08:00, as well as the previous day, and on the very last day, although in the apartment itself, under the TV there are signs about when we should leave. So we had the feeling that the owner was sending us away before we even arrived. We received the check-in instructions for the apartment two hours before 14:00. So until then we didn't know if we would receive the instructions at all. When the previous day, after a confirmed reservation, when it is not possible to cancel the reservation without a full refund, I asked the owner about the check-in instructions, we were told that we would receive them the next day. I don't know why he didn't give us the instructions right away. The pillows, which were two in number, were not comfortable to use, they were too used and thin, so we had to put on clothes to make ourselves more comfortable. . In addition, some of the kitchen appliances were not at all usable, such as the electric kettle and the toaster, due to different cables that do not match the plugs in the apartment. . So the apartment is not at all modern as it is presented.
