A beautiful property with lovely decor. Bathrooms provided with toiletries and shower was nice and hot. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/cleaning and making hot drinks etc. as well as labelled bins for recycling and general waste. Good wifi and TV options to watch netflix and freeview etc. There was facilities to do laundry if needed and ironing board etc. The gentleman that showed me and my girlfriend to the apartment was very friendly also. There was also great communication throughout the process of booking and checking in.

A few small downfalls were that we couldn’t operate the heating of the towel rails or the central heating if we were to need it, although I’m sure if we asked this could have been resolved. There was also not enough towels as only one set for each bathroom, so could have done with a couple more bath towels. Other than this there was a few finishing touches with some prints left out to be put up and would have been nice for there to be a bedside table in the ensuite room, and a small bin in each bedroom.

it was lovely and clean , comfortable beds. The lady we met for the keys was very friendly.

nothing that could be helped as the nee roads were not in a sat Nav yet. loved that it was close to shopping lakeside and Costco.
