The Stateline casino district and Heavenly Village are both a short drive away, so the group has beach days, skiing, and nights out all within easy reach.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ Maximum of 4 vehicles. Park only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum occupancy 10 guests.
✦ No parties or gatherings. Celebrations or events are not permitted at any time.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
✦ The primary renter must be 25 years or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
