A heavenly location in a quiet area of the Tuscan hills. It felt like we were visiting a wealthy estate from a few hundred years ago. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really hated to leave.
The pool was nice and large, though it would have been nicer if it was heated. Perhaps in the summer it's not needed, but in late September it was. The weather was perfect for laying out, but the water was too cold.

The property is very peaceful and relaxed. The staff are wonderful and the restaurant and food are outstanding.
The rooms are not of the highest standard but provide a very relaxed form of accommodation for a very fair price.

Location of this hotel was really great for day trips to lovely little Tuscan villages, Siena, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni all within 20/30 minutes drive. Also many wineries! The restaurant was lovely on the property, also great pizzeria at the bottom of the hill. Nice outside spaces to enjoy and pool was great.
We found the family suite a little tight, kids were on a pullout sofa, only small fridge and no countertop space/sink. Typical of European family suites I think, but we made it work!

Excellent position and and outside enchanting
Room with only a small A/C and in the living room no A/C. Bed not very comfortable. A bit to expensive for what we got back roomwise.

"Schöne Hügellage mit Aussicht auf die umliegenden Dörfer. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Umfangreiches Frühstück, gutes Abendessen. Großes Zimmer. Wanderwege vor Ort."
