Very kindly staff, good location, clean.
Noise between the rooms

Nice room, good bathroom, good airconditioning
A bit further from Stazione Porta Nuova than I had hoped. And somewhat expensive

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the breakfast had a variety of options to eat, especially huge pastry options for the ones who like to eat sweet
In the evenings and mornings the shower made a weird sound which woke us up a couple of times, even with the closed doors. The isolation to the bathroom could be improved.

Excellent location and very friendly staff.
Temperature wise the hotel was not comfortable. It was one of the hottest weeks in Italy and the AC doesn't seem able to keep up with the demand. Even with the air on full the room felt stuffy and I found myself wishing I had a fan or other option to cool down the room. Also, the hotel does not have any type of gym which would have been nice for long work trip.

"The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good, with a variety of choices.
The location was fantastic, with only a 15 min walk to Porta Nuova station."
