The property was clean and close to SM city sucat, the host was impeccably well mannered and made sure me and my partner were really comfortable and that we had everything we needed, The property is also close to trains and other public transport.
Absolutely nothing bad to say

Great and thoughtful host, she communicated very well and prepared everything to make my stay comfortable. The place is also near NAIA airport. The unit was also clean, with additional items provided by the host. Free water, coffee and laundry soap. There's also groceries available in the unit which was very handy. Overall, good experience. You get what you paid for. Kudos to the host
The unit was actually good. However, what I didn't like was the very nosy and unprofessional guards at the property. This was the only issue during the 22-day stay, involving unnecessary questions before entering the property, despite having already validated your identity. Imagine doing this 3-5 times per day! The building was also far from the entrance. A ticket was given so you can ride the free shuttle, but this was not always available. Hence, it's a 10-20 minute walk.
