The Property was in great condition and in a super location next to the beach. Had everything you could need in a house and a few little extra touches that made it feel really special. The hosts communication was great leading up to and during the stay. I also needed to communicate after the stay as my wife left a jacket there and it was posted to our home address thanks ever so much for that!!
Nothing not to like it was great

The location was perfect for our needs, close to the beach, Broughty Ferry town centre and Castle Green.
Jennifer was very accomodating and friendly.
The double bed in the main bedroom was very creaky and bolts kept dropping out of it, and the sleeping layout wasn't actually ideal for a family of 4 with an adult son and young daughter.
It would have been fine if they were younger and happier to share a room but he prefers his own space now and the sofa bed is in the small living area. There was also no sheet provided to fit on the sofa bed.

Lovely property which has been beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Great location for exploring the local area and beyond. Our host was very helpful and responsive.
Very tiny thing - the living room couch is slightly uncomfortable but appreciate that can’t really be helped as it’s a sofa bed and choices are limited by the space available. We managed perfectly well!
