This hotel was in a terrific location for touring the Gothic quarter and walking to restaurants and shopping. The staff were so helpful and responsive when we needed assistance with drivers and other issues. Thank you to Maria Jose and Natalya for their kind efforts on our behalf. We enjoyed the pool and drinks on the pool terrace.
We had dinner one evening in the Gastro bar and a suggestion for improvement would be to expand the menu and improve the physical layout. It was very limited and when we ordered a hamburger and fries, there were no fries available. The restaurant did not match the level of the hotel.

We were only staying one night before a cruise so it was hard to write a review.
We signed up for a suite which in the description it said bi level but no description on what was on the second floor with many stairs and no bathroom on that level where the bed was.
This was not good for us or anyone who has hip or knee problems. If you have to use the bathroom you could fall down the stairs in the middle of the night.
They did change our room but they were not happy doing it .
This particular room needs to be noted in the description.
