Great facilities and location for the price.
Could be clearer where you're allowed to go out the back. Seating would be good there too.

The location was great and proper was quiet and had tumbler drier.
It was fly infested, lounge fireplace lights didn't work, longer cupboard states games but there was none, the metal strips in the kitchen and bathroom entrance had screws poking out that could cause injuries, only 1 toilet roll was provided for the weekend with 4 adults, the kitchen light was behind the door so it should be re-hung the other way, the bathroom door should be on sliders. Also there should be more than 1 dish cloth.
Also the bath shower screen was missing the rubber strips on the bottom meaning the water just ran onto the floor
