We had an issue with the apartment but the host was very helpful and helped us right away! Communication with the host was great and so was the apartment.

Location was okay and close to the river and about 20 minute walk from the Basilica and Ponte Vecchio.
Apart is large with two bathrooms so ideal for the 5 of us.
Aircon available in all rooms except kitchen so when cooking it was very very hot.
Air on is so weak it could not cool apt and ended up with us all having very hot and restless nights sleep.
Garage is so narrow I struggled to get the car (Kia Sportage) in and damaged the car on the way out.
It certainly does not hold 4 cars. 4 motorcycles maybe.
I booked this specifically for the secure garage.
On reflection it would have better to park it on the street.
